Jeffery’s Legacy is a general fund supporting the same mission as Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Inc. in memory of Jeffery Lewis Powell; to contribute to our community in a helpful and meaningful way. Funds will be utilized through scholarships and other presentations supporting the people of our community.
